Alabama Adapted Athletics Career:
  • Native of Clay County Alabama. I have a Bachelors from Huntingdon College in Biology with a minor in Physiology and a Masters in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning from Jackson State University. I have been in the Strength & Conditioning field since 2015 and have had the opportunity to work with many teams. I currently hold my CSCS and USAW Certifications. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife, Mary-Lynne Wood, and dog, Phoenix.
