We opened the Stran-Hardin Arena in 2018 and are so grateful our athletes have this amazing facility to call home. It houses a fantastic basketball court, locker rooms, weight room, an athletic training room, an equipment room, and office suites.

History / Namesake

• The Stran-Hardin Arena was built in 2018 and is one of the first of its kind. It is the largest and biggest facility dedicated to adapted athletes in the world. Stran-Hardin Arena serves as home to all 33 athletes we have at Alabama. It houses two competitive sports teams including men's wheelchair basketball and women's wheelchair basketball.
